The stay was relaxing, recommend. Overall clean property, it had nice location and staff. It was perfectly located for Collins Avenue. Close to plenty of restaurants and bars.

Extremely accommodating staff, beachfront location and silent room. I slept so comfy in the fine bed. Breakfast had a wide range of options and fresh bread, pastries, yoghourt and cheese were affordable. Perfectly based in new area
Fairly clean, comfortable location, cute view of marina, delightful breakfast. My room was well-equipped and immaculate. The building itself was functional with a nice garden. Near a sandy beach.
Excellent value for money with location being unbeatable. Descent place, public parking, absolutely beautiful staff. Easy to get to and near the beach. Amazing beds, coffee, Wi-Fi and balcony were a nice touch. They provided friendly service too. Besides, it had reliable internet, handy to surf the net.
Appreciated our stay at this functional hotel, it was lovely. First-class service, absolutely perfect personnel, unique design. The beds were comfy and room was cosy. The poolside bar was stylish and the drinks were delicious.

Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. Enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant High Tide. The staff was fabulous and that's why we can recommend it❤😀

location within 4 miles of american airlines arena. we loved kimpton surfcomber. one could dine at restaurants such as the terrace 15 minutes away. we could freely use free wifi.

Had a really great stay of a hotel, everything was great. I was met by courteous and obliging staff at the lobby. The pool was heated and I had cold drinks in the poolside bar.
